Of course, as fit pros, we want to deliver the best possible results to our clients, and that is the most important first step in any fitness business…
…and in a perfect world, people would throw money at us immediately just for doing that, because health and fitness are so valuable and SHOULD be a priority to people.
Still, I work with personal trainers every day who have had to work two extra jobs on top of personal training just to make ends meet. Or they work so much for such little pay that they’re overworked and overwhelmed.
